Waiting List Information
All vacancies for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments at Davis Landings are filled exclusively through the Waiting List. Please note that the 2025 Waiting List has been officially purged and will not be used moving forward.
The 2026 Waiting List Application will open:

Application Requirements
The Waiting List Application must include:
- Household (family) size
- Combined pre-tax household income
This information is required to determine which apartment size and rent category you may qualify for. Applicants will only be contacted if a unit becomes available that matches their household size and stated income.
If your income or contact information changes, you must notify the office so your Waiting List application can be updated.
š The Waiting List remains active until December 31 of each year and is purged annually. The Waiting List reopens the second Thursday of January at 10:00 AM.

Important Davis Landings Information
- When vacancies occur, units are offered on a First Qualified, First Served basis according to unit size and income category
- If selected from the Waiting List, applicants must submit a full rental application and required documentation from the checklist
- Security Deposit: One month’s rent
- Move-In Costs: Security deposit plus first month’s rent
- Utilities: Not included
- Pets: One pet allowed (under 25 lbs)
- Application Fee: $30 per adult

The development was completed in 2012 through a partnership with the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Sustainability and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2.
