✅ You must be able to qualify for and secure a 30-year first mortgage that meets Broward County lending guidelines.
✅ The home must be your primary residence.
✅ The maximum purchase price is $636,806.
✅ Income limits apply based on household size — most cities require income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), while Hollywood allows up to 120% AMI.
✅ Income limits for 80% AMI range from $64,550 for a single-person household up to $121,750 for a household of eight.
